NexoRelay uses strictly-necessary and functional storage only — no advertising tracking, no cross-site profiling. Everything we store is listed below; a one-time banner records your acknowledgement locally.
1. Storage we use
nxr_refresh (cookie, HttpOnly): session refresh credential, 30 days. Strictly necessary.
nxr_access (sessionStorage): short-lived access token, 15 minutes, gone when the tab closes. Strictly necessary.
nxr-lang (cookie): UI language preference, 1 year. Functional.
nxr-consent (localStorage): your acknowledgement of this notice. Functional.
nxr_notice_dismissed (localStorage): dismissed announcement version. Functional.
nxr_ai_conversation (sessionStorage): AI chat continuity, gone when the tab closes. Functional.
nxr_imp (localStorage): operator impersonation token, max 10 minutes, only created during staff support. Strictly necessary.
Google OAuth (third party, only if you click Google sign-in): accounts.google.com sign-in cookies, governed by Google's policies.
2. What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social share pixels, no data-broker sharing.
3. How to manage
Clear cookies/site data in your browser settings to reset (signs you out, restores default language). Disabling all cookies prevents sign-in, but public pages (home, docs, pricing) remain browsable.
