Welcome to NexoRelay. These terms form the agreement between you and NexoRelay for using the email sending platform (APIs, console, AI assistant). Registering for or using the service means you accept them.
1. The service
We provide a multi-tenant email sending service: transactional and marketing email APIs, sending-domain verification, contact management, webhook event notifications and an AI assistant. Free: 3,000 emails/mo; Growth: $10/mo (50,000 included, $0.45 per 1k over); Platform: custom from $45/mo.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for everything under your account; safeguard passwords and API keys, revoke and rotate immediately on leaks. We recommend enabling TOTP two-factor authentication. One email address may hold separate identities in different tenants, distinguished at sign-in by password.
3. Acceptable use (anti-spam)
Send only to recipients who clearly consented; purchased lists, harvested addresses and spam of any kind are prohibited. Marketing mail requires double opt-in and the unsubscribe link cannot be disabled. Violations may lead to throttling, suspension or termination without refund.
4. Sending quality
Tenants exceeding 5% bounce or 0.1% complaint rate over a rolling 24h window are automatically throttled and queued for human review; persistent violations may suspend sending. New domains start under warm-up protection.
5. Service levels
We work to keep the service available but promise no specific deliverability — final delivery depends on recipients. No SLA on the free tier. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
6. Intellectual property
Platform software, docs and brand are ours; rights in content and data you send remain yours, with the processing license needed to deliver the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses; aggregate liability is capped at fees you actually paid in the prior 3 months ($0 for free users).
8. Termination and deletion
You may close your tenant anytime; all business data is deleted within 30 days (except audit logs the law requires us to keep). We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations.
9. Changes
Updates are published here and announced in-app 7 days ahead; continued use means acceptance.
